.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure gradient across the area will
support mainly light to gentle winds and slight to moderate seas
through Wed night. Moderate SE winds are forecast for the
Caribbean waters Wed night through Thu night. Otherwise, long 
period northerly swell to 7 ft is expected to reach the Atlantic 
waters and passages Mon night through Wed.
